No, Rajiv and India has its own Hidden agenda and the Treaty was forced on LTTE and your IPKF collaborated in killing of 17 of the LLTE cadres and that is when LTTE stared war on IPKF and please remember that IPKF was operated as a mercenary force of Jayawardhane and its is failure and it pushed ten years back the tamils freedom struggle and Rajiv paid the price and now india will soon or later going to pay the price for helping Lanka.   |   Report abuse
