endorse your grievence as I have also suffered and suffering by this WORST credit card. They do not have any public relation officer to contact and explain. First and foremost they dont entertain our grievences. They keep changing their Managers / Executives. When convinced about their mistake they keep silent and not solve the problem after some months again sent HEART ATTACK BILL with added charges and we consumers have to meet new Manager/Executive and explain everything and this continues.... Together we must do something to stop this WORST CREDIT CARD -SBI CARD. SBI Credit Card division which is administred not by SBI Bank but by Country Wide. There is no transprancy to meet the executive. Uncomfortable atmosphere. They do not have provision to set accross table and discuss the problem or entertain and acknowledge any Grievences/communications addressed to SBI Credit Card Office (Shubaram Complex, MG Road, Bangalore). RBI has to inspect SBI Credit Card office and fix this problem. SBI Credit Card Division is a BIG DARK SHAMEFUL SPOT on the name of SBI.
