Dear Sir,
All person not told that three years pay only including myself. First i refer to customer that your investment choice is better term and mutual fund otherwise if you both cover and like ulip best way you will pay full period at the same time i told my customer short period refer because allocation charge is low in Reliance life, i think mainly customer satisfaction and fulfiled them after that i can more customer through them. but some agent like govt sector is told that only purchase product not service.
