Interview & recruiting exercice by employers.

In my opinion,there are no. of eaons behind 'arranging interviews' by employers today.I take this opportunity to enlighten people at large by few of the followings.1.some times interviews are 'arranged' only as a mandatory exercise, the candidates in most of the cases are already selected..2.In some cases the H.R.D.is merely advetising to create a future 'pool'.3.Some companes are just advertising for recruitement only to show their 'peers'& enhance the their sagging image in the market...so interviews call should not be always taken seriously,unless you have specific information og 'genuineness'.   |   Report abuse
