I am 70 take APROZOLIUM .0.5 MG DAILY AND HAVE 7 T0 8 H0URS SLEEP DAILY.iS IT O.K? I exercise dally 2 hours 45minuts daily and healthy diet.
How to reduce the extra-weight as the same has been emerged by eating oily food, that me & my wife have put-on. The basic qusetion still remains unsolved as how does one can sleep well for persons suffering from OSA..? Is sleeping well in the genes (in that case associetd wt lossis also in the genes). Is there any magical formula other than those sleeping pills which induce sleep. Pls do not tell us to try for yoga, light dinner, attitude change, etc etc as factors they contribute but 90% are probably not finding them easy to be implemented.
Although I have regular work outs at Gym, I feel my weight loss is not consistent. Due to my professional requirments, I travel about 12-15 days per month and to cover these absence I go everyday to Gym,without any breaks on weekends etc. Do you suggest any diet control in addition to this? I have been losing around 3.50 Kgs weight & around 15 inches on measurement over full body for last 3 months. Please suggest
