Hi...i am married. Right after my marriage i have gained almost 15 kgs in 2 months. now it has been 10 months and i am 66 kg...before marriage i was 50 kg. i am daily excercising for 20 mins since last 20 days..i have stubborn fat in my stomach, thighs and hips. Am i going the right way if not can you suggest me the proper way. i am also controlling my bad food habbits. deepti
Will working out in the gym help me reduce weight or gain weight? Should I keep a control on my diet? I workout for an hour at the gym everyday and also follow a strict diet? Is this sufficient for me to lose weight or should I do weight training exercises?
