Look i am working in icicibank back office since last two years with a monthly salary of Rs.4500 per month.The working hours generally are of 12hrs per day blended with unseen pressures,hectic works & low salary.Still with more than 2yrs of experience i am not able to find a soothing job with proper salary for me.So is it a bad idea to join a call centre & make some money irrespective of the pressure.
