Dear Sir, Am Mayan working with Genpact since 4 years now as a trainer. I have a 10 years multiple entry B1/B2 visa my wife is trying for one. Her uncle is a citizen of USA and own's couple of Dollar stores there. He says once we reach to that land ,he would show as if we are buying a store from him and it would be a shortcut to get legal there. Wat are your comments on this. Is it true after going on a visitors visa I have many ways to get it converted througt a lawyer. Please help me if am taking the right step. This is majorily to improve my economic condition
Hi I am from India and i am staying in Japan for the last 3 yrs. My company has L1Blanket approval and i am applying for L1A through my company. This is my first workpermit to US though i have travelled on B1 one time. My quesiton is 1. Do i need to get my visa stamping done in home country (India), or can i do it Japan. I heard from sources, that they might reject the visa plea, and i have to wait for 6 months, if i intend to do it in japan. Thanks Sriram V
My husband has filed for me for an U.S immigrant Visa in 2006 and it has been 1.5 years nw. As much as how long it might take for me to get there .
