Joint name house property taken by me from housing loan being repaid by me. Can the tax rebate in total interest being paid by me will be deducted from my gross income. Although the property income is shared by co owner but the repayment is made by me.Will the tax benifit go to me only.
Can me and my brother can avail Home loan jointly if the house is to be registered in name of one only? if yes, Are tax benefits availbale to both?
