If I take a home loan for a flat and register it in the name of two people (husband and wife), do both get the tax benefit?
Hello sir, I have taken a home Loan in Dec 2005.For past two years I have claimed Tax benefit for Myself.Now can I claim this benifit for my spouse also who is a co applicant and the house is on both our name. but emi gets detected from my account. If we can, Can we split it as 50% on Interest and principal amount.
