My father was working with his 2 brothers in small scale industry for the past 18 years. (1990) My father expired in Dec 2008. he has not paid any PF, gratuity etc not even got his pay slip. My uncles are not ready to give any amount to us. Can I know how can i deal with this, my family are in very bad economic conditon. Please help me....
Hi , i have worked in my previous organization for a period of 4 years and 9 months,after that i have joined my current organisation and i have been working since past years. Now i have constructed a house and for that i want to withdraw PF ,so the current employer says that they follow Income Tax rules and as per that 8 years of service is required for non refundable loan ? So please clearify this point ; as per my knowledge 5 year of service (Including previous employer) is enough for that !! Regards
How can I Withdrawl PF , deposited in my PF account , with my previous Employer??
