My name is LSKumar, ihave settled all credit card due in march 2007 through way of settlement . now i need some money i have approach finacial instutuion but they are telling your card payments not paid so you are not aligiblule for personal loan but i have settled all my due and i havre taken a setelment letter aalso now what is the proses. normalley how maney days it will be reflet in my credit card payments
