HI! (: im 15 years old and i have some weight problems im 65 kgs and 160 cms tall i want to be 57 kgs in 3 months how many hours do i need to exercis to be at least 57 or 60 kgs in 3 months? also i do not eat that much i just eat 2 times in a day thats all about it could you help me please??
I am 34 having two kids, my heigth is 5feet 2 inches and weight is 58. after child birth my tummy enlarged and it is bulging, seems like pregnant can it be reduced.
I am having 1 glass of milk in the morning and afternoon 2 chapatees and at night 2 chapatees and morning 30 mins excercise but dont feel that iam reducing weight what to do
