What all should i check prior purchasing a plot of land from a soceity?
Which legalities or legal documents should be cleared up before purchasing home ?
I have baught abefore one year a flat and paid the half amount by cheque to landlord on good faith. At the time of purchase may land lord says to me that he will provide finence to you for rest of half value of flat have not any proof of purchase or agreemant nor bayana. Land laord have provided me electric connection to me on my name and i am living in the flat. but now he is saying that this electric connection is illegal. i'll not take any mony ( half Prize) nor make registry to you nor vacate to you may flat. you can live here for life time. pls suggest me .
